1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between cx777d (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the cx777d platform accessible at cx777d.net and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, "the Platform").

Your use of the Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. 2 Definitions

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on cx777d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of cx777d or any of its affiliates;
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform;
• You are not self-excluded from online gambling under any applicable self-exclusion programme.

You may only hold one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cx777d reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any winnings generated from them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. cx777d may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information provided, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

4 Account Management

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify cx777d immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. cx777d will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials, or from your deliberate or negligent disclosure of credentials to a third party.

cx777d reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where:

• Suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity is detected;
• The Account holder is found to have provided false or misleading registration information;
• Verification documents requested under the KYC process are not provided within the specified timeframe;
• The Account is linked to a self-excluded player or a player from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• There is reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting cx777d support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to the Player's verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no pending investigations are active on the Account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on cx777d are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform accepts the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. cx777d does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or funds originating from sources that cannot be verified. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any illegal activity.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page on the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all cx777d promotions unless otherwise specified include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above only;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement as stated in the promotion terms; the Wagering Requirement must be completed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn;

7 Gaming Rules

Game outcomes are determined solely by the underlying RNG or live game mechanics and are not influenced by cx777d or any third party.

By participating in any game on the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Gambling involves risk and the outcome of all games is uncertain;
• Past outcomes do not influence or predict future outcomes;

Key sports betting conditions include:

• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed; the odds displayed at bet confirmation are the binding odds for that transaction;

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cx777d Platform. Violation of any item below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Creating multiple Accounts or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities; any winnings obtained through exploitation of a Platform error are not payable and will be confiscated;
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including structuring deposits or bets to extract bonus value without genuine play intent;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward cx777d staff or other Players through any Platform channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security measures.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the cx777d Platform — including but not limited to the cx777d brand name, logo, trade marks, game graphics, software, user interface design, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cx777d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from cx777d;
• Use cx777d trade marks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written consent;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use Platform content for commercial purposes or on any third-party website or application.

11 Privacy & Data

12 Responsible Gambling

cx777d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the potential harms associated with problem gambling behaviour. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Players, accessible directly from Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts and automatic log-outs after a specified session duration;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform; self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, cx777d strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool and to seek support from a responsible gambling organisation. cx777d reserves the right to proactively impose account restrictions on any Player displaying signs of problem gambling behaviour, regardless of whether the Player has requested such restrictions.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cx777d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to cx777d in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cx777d shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any of the following:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages of any nature;
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings;
• Platform unavailability, downtime, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond cx777d's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, government actions, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from the Player's own failure to maintain Account security;
• Losses arising from the Player's breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits cx777d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Termination

cx777d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where cx777d reasonably determines that:

• These Terms have been materially breached by the Player;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to cx777d;
• The Player has provided false information during registration or verification;
• The Player is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Upon Account closure, any verifiable real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review. cx777d shall not be liable to the Player for any losses resulting from Account closure where such closure is effected in accordance with these Terms.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cx777d holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact cx777d support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. cx777d will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under cx777d's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable escalation procedure will be provided upon request from cx777d support.

16 Amendments

cx777d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cx777d will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.
